From my own personal experiences doing yoga regularly, I have noticed it has opened up my senses in order to relax and think clearly. Yoga isn't just good for your body, but good for your mind and soul. I'm working out details to start making appointments to have yoga classes on the beach. Wouldn't that be lovely to be one with nature and in tuned to your own body, mental and all your senses all at once.
